Square trade warranties sounded too good to be true - but they were easy to deal with and my claim was resolved and PAID in a week. Excellent.

bought a used laptop on e-bay along with the square trade warranty. laptop failed after six months, squaretrade did everything they said they would do. Very responsive on-line and on the phone with my questions. Sent it to them with the prepaid shipping they provided and they checked it out, confirmed the problem was the harddrive and reimbursed my full purchase price just like they promised. Definatly a good company, I will be sure to use them to warraty my next laptop. Highly recommend using this company!

Square Trade Warranties are worth the investment!
I recently had a laptop issue. I bought a Square Trade 2 year extension for my Dell Lattitude. Unfortunately, my laptop quit working on AC power. I think it must be the power jack. My warranty would have expired on July 8. I submitted my claim last week; just 6 weeks before expiring and they still honored my contract. The communication was efficient and professional. Money was in my paypal account within 2 days. I am able to buy a new computer now instead of just worrying about how to pay for a repair on my now several years old laptop. I will also be buying a new warranty to cover this one as well. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service.
